The full program of the virtual spring workshop will be soon published on the HGF website. To tease a little bit, in the afternoon of Wednesday April 27, several speakers are invited to provide more backgrounds on OPEN INNOVATION. The speakers will give some examples on start-ups and disruptive ideas in the cereal area. In the afternoon of Thursday April 28, this will be followed by several speakers that touch upon a better understanding of the protein transition, where cereals may well play an important role in the near future.
